Our group is in for a treat as we explore this captivating country's rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and warm hospitality. From the bustling streets of Edinburgh to the misty shores of Loch Ness, we'll immerse ourselves in Scottish culture and savor hearty cuisine. Itinerary

Monday, May 19. Depart Detroit.

Tuesday, May 20. Arrive Aberdeen, Scotland. Collect our 9 seater van. Visit historic St. Machar Cathedral, Old Aberdeen, and Kings College of the University of Aberdeen. Travel to our stately home near Inverness.

Wednesday, May 21. Tour Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. Boat trip on Loch Ness. Traditional Scottish music in a pub. Stay at our stately home

Thursday, May 22. Visit a croft, a traditional Scottish homestead. Stay at Woodland Bed and Breakfast in Dornoch close to the sea.

Friday, May 23. Visit Glen Nevis, a beautiful Highland landscape at the foot of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. Stay at our villa in Ballachulish.

Saturday, May 24. Visit the tiny island of Iona, where Christianity was introduced to Scotland. Stay on the Isle of Mull at the Bellachroy Hotel.

Sunday, May 25. Explore the beauty of Mull's mountains and beaches. Stay at the Bellachroy Hotel.

Monday, May 26. Visit glorious Glencoe, a Highland valley (glen) surrounded by majestic mountains. Travel to Stirling, at one time the capital of Scotland, a city steeped in history and natural beauty. Stay at the Manor House of Plane Castle.

Tuesday, May 27. Visit Stirling Castle, the Church of the Holy Rude, the Falkirk Wheel, Kelpies, New Lanark World Heritage Site, and the Falls of Clyde. Stay at the Manor House of Plane Castle.

Wednesday, May 28. Visit historic Culross, Falkland Palace, and St. Andrews. Stay at the Manor House of Plane Castle.

Thursday, May 29. Visit the seaside town of Dunbar. Walk around the harbor and castle ruins. Visit Haddington. Dine at the award winning Waterside Bistro. Stay at our cozy cottage in Duddingston Village in Edinburgh.

Friday, May 30. A day out in the amazing city of Edinburgh. Optional evening walk up the extinct volcano known as Arthur's Seat. Stay at our cozy cottage in Duddingston Village in Edinburgh.

Saturday, May 31. Another wonderful day visiting Edinburgh. Optional evening walk in the Pentland Hills and a drive past Peter's childhood home. Stay at our cozy cottage in Duddingston Village in Edinburgh.

Sunday, June 1. Visit Dean Village, the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Port of Leith. Stay at our cozy cottage in Duddingston Village in Edinburgh.

Monday, June 2. Travel to Aberdeen. Stay at the Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel. 

Tuesday, June 3. Return to the USA.
